Everyone here is ever so helpful including the maintenance department. It has only been three months since I moved in and I already know I made the right choice. A very friendly environment and wonderful amenities.
If I weren’t moving to another state I would spend the rest of my life here. The high ceilings, nice flooring, new style rug, clean neutral colors in the design and elevators are what really caught my eye. All of the office staff are friendly and attentive to any questions I had during the tour and after I moved in. The maintenance staff has been very helpful. Not all features are available in every apartment. Prices and availability are subject to change. The staff is superb, the apartments are lovely, and the amenities are amazing. Overture has a well-maintained, clean building and the staff and maintenance crew are terrific.

Usually on Fridays the residents get together for happy hour, they are a fun group ??. Since moving to Overture Kierland, I have experienced the highest levels of professionalism from the very friendly office staff and highly competent maintenance staff. They are a great team, and I am so glad I moved here.
They looked like high class Scottsdale people, but the personnel was very nice. They had a little balcony, which was scary because I'm scared of heights and it didn't give me as much feeling of security. All the residents are very friendly and welcoming.

My husband and I are enjoying our downsized , maintenance free life style at Overture Kierland. This is the first time in years that I have rented an apartment. This facility is a wonderful experience where everyone is socialable , friendly and people go out of their way to be helpful. The maintenance team is friendly and also helpful if you have a problem.
