Since moving to Overture Kierland, I have experienced the highest levels of professionalism from the very friendly office staff and highly competent maintenance staff. They are a great team, and I am so glad I moved here.

My husband and I are enjoying our downsized , maintenance free life style at Overture Kierland. This is the first time in years that I have rented an apartment. This facility is a wonderful experience where everyone is socialable , friendly and people go out of their way to be helpful. The maintenance team is friendly and also helpful if you have a problem.
I have been a resident here for one week. Moving in was made easy and all the staff and residents have been very friendly. I can’t wait for the Kentucky Derby party on Saturday. Moving to Overture was one of the best decisions I made in 2021 when I had been recently widowed. I had been living in an independent/assisted living facility that was beginning to look more like a nursing home.

Excellent apartment building that is secure and safe. Very welcoming with a wonderful and professional staff. For me this has been the best apartment living experience. We are enjoying being a part of the Overture Kierland community. Decor is beautiful, halls are very open and bright, every area is clean, and, spacious apartments. Has 3 shopping centers within 0.5 miles, which is about a 9-minute walk.

I am still fortunate to be active and social and found Overture to be one of the best moves I could possibly have made. We are enjoying our stay here, almost 2 years. Made a lot of friends, involved with a lot of things going on. The office and maintenance people are great. Overture Kierland was new, so it's very beautiful and very clean. I just didn't like paying extra for the water and the electricity. They didn't offer meals other than Continental breakfast in the morning. I went to one of their parties and they had a dance instructor and it was very nice. The people that attended were not exactly of my economic bracket.
If I weren’t moving to another state I would spend the rest of my life here. The high ceilings, nice flooring, new style rug, clean neutral colors in the design and elevators are what really caught my eye. All of the office staff are friendly and attentive to any questions I had during the tour and after I moved in. The maintenance staff has been very helpful.
